Using our services is free for couples. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Platform only for lawful, genuine wedding/event planning purposes. Vendors agree to provide accurate listings, honour quoted prices, and deliver the services they advertise.
Enquiries and quotes shared through the Platform are between you and the vendor. Where payments (such as featured-listing fees, booking amounts or platform fees) are collected online, they are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
We verify listings to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for the quality, timing or outcome of services delivered by independent vendors. Any dispute over service delivery is primarily between the couple and the vendor; we will assist in good faith where we can.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate our guidelines.
To the extent permitted by law, The Wedding Cloud’s liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
